Lab Research - Intern @ Aptean

Job Description

• Assist in formulation trials for new food & beverage products (bakery, dairy, snacks, and beverages).
• Conduct lab-scale experiments under the supervision of senior researchers.
• Support in sensory evaluation studies (taste, aroma, texture analysis).
• Perform basic lab tests (moisture, pH, viscosity, shelf-life indicators, etc.).
• Assist in sample preparation, documentation, and record-keeping .
• Support ongoing quality control and food safety checks .
• Stay updated on emerging food trends, health ingredients, and market innovations .

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s/Master s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
• Strong interest in FMCG / Food & Beverage R&D .
• Basic knowledge of food testing methods and analytical tools .
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow lab protocols.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
