Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through robust automation testing using Python. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain test environments.
- Continuously improve test coverage, methodologies, and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing or development with a strong understanding of testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
- Strong experience in automation testing using Python and Selenium.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Pytest.
- Experience with Robotic Framework.
- Familiarity with software testing techniques and methods, as well as experience applying them.
- Experience in maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.).
- Familiarity with SFTP and shell scripts.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle databases.
- Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to design formal test cases for testing, based on requirements.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
