Designation: Market Research Executive (MRE)
No of Positions: 5
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head
Sub Department: Market Research / Field Sales
Location: Bangalore & Chennai
Total Exp: 03 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily gate meetings and present structured updates on field activities.
- Proactively scout and identify new clients in the assigned territory.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers and influencers to drive business growth.
- Execute assigned field tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Consistently achieve or exceed targets for generating new contacts to expand client network.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years experience in business development / field sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills; knowledge of CRM tools is desirable.
- Traits: Resilient, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
