Job Description of IT Assistant:

Job Summary

Responsible for daily collection, updating and transmitting of production & sales data to the Production & sales Modules accurately and generate reports as per the business requirement.

Key Result Areas

Responsible to: -

Effective coordination, follow-up and collecting the data on time.
Daily maintain a check-list and update the data in ERP.
Reconciliation of stocks, dispatches and transmitting data into the ERP.
Preparation of Monthly Information System and generate reports as per the business requirement.
Effective maintenance of Systems, Network Connection & Security.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduation

Required experience in MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables etc)

Age Criteria: Below 28 yrs will be considered.

Extra Benefits: PF, Bonus, Insurance (GMA, GPA, GTLI).
