Role CRM Associate/Manager
- CRM Associate will work in the CRM team with focus on sales efforts at Housewise.
- He/she will be a key member of the CRM team at Housewise and will own responsibility for onboarding properties.
- The ideal candidate should have a track record as an individual contributor and as a manager.
Responsibilities-
- Should be able to handle inbound traffic through voice, website, emails. Should manage the funnel by way of nurturing old prospects and leads.
- Utilizes probing to identify, evaluate, and articulate the value proposition associated with Housewise.
- Work towards monthly goals on onboarding properties.
- Drive high quality customer onboarding journey by way of process, technology.
- Be able to work with other team members of the CRM team as well as other teams like Operations, Accounts.
- Identify new opportunities with existing customers.
- Work with channel partners to nurture leads as well as provide timely updates.
- Given dynamic nature of the company, high degree of ownership is not just desirable but required.
- Be able to research and/or learn new marketing tools and techniques
Qualifications & Skills Desired:
- Desirable but not mandatory - experience of any old or new CRM system.
- Should be very strong on processes
- Should be able to work as individual contributor as well as leader of people.
- Should be comfortable in changing roles as required.
- 1-8 years of professional experience in any industry roles with proven credentials.
- Extremely customer obsessed leader. Everything accrues to earning and keeping customer trust.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally. Must be a team player.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Since Housewise is an ambitious startup, candidate is expected to be able to work hard and smart.
