Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and mapping: Identify individuals who are using SharePoint sites for editing and accessing content based on activity reports. Map these individuals to their respective Active Directory groups and produce a report detailing the outcomes of this mapping
- Information collation for Retention policy: Gather information related to the types of information the company stores to form the basis of the retention policy. Conduct internal research, work with colleagues to identify key information types for each department / business operational activity and produce a comprehensive list of key information types for each department and business activity.
- Perform metadata analysis: Review the Term Store in SharePoint to identify relevant terms for ongoing business activities, determine redundant terms, and create a report of the findings. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the relevancy of metadata in the Term Store.

Work Experience
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Understanding of Active Directory and / or access management.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of Information Management principles and practices: Knowledge of best practices in information management, including data lifecycle management, information architecture, and metadata management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work environments
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Desirable - Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
