Job Description

Core Skills

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Generative AI applications and solutions using LLMs and open-source frameworks.
Understand the business requirements and translate into Gen AI solution design that successfully meets the business objectives
Prototype and experiment with new GenAI techniques and approaches.
Contribute to the development, integration, and improvement of internal GenAI service or tools.
Implement performance efficient RAG, Fine tuning models, and Prompt engineering techniques with GenAI solutions.
Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
Collaborate with application team on user needs and translate them into actionable GenAI solutions.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Generative AI research and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of AI/ML experience.
Experienced in developing GenAI applications and integration of GenAI with existing applications.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, especially related to Generative AI and LLMs.
Experienced with Open-source frameworks like langchain and llamaindex, RAG, Prompt eng
