Screening & Assessment:
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience to determine fit for open roles.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, schedule interviews, and provide updates on the recruitment process.
Offer & Onboarding:
Negotiate job offers with selected candidates and provide follow-up to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Relationship Building:
Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
