ITSM Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
