Reporting Functional Reporting & Administrative Reporting
DGM HR & Circle Head
EXPERIENCE . Ensuring resolutions of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.
Issuing confirmation & appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
Manage HR at multiple locations
3rd Party Exp - Handling Labour contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
Team Handling is Must (Min 8-10 ppl)

Statutory Compliance(Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory insp, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.)

Ensure employee engagement activities in the circle Willing to travel (Store &Regional Office Twice a week )
