Job Description
- Role Overview: You should have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support. Working in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno Functional consultant is essential. Hands-on experience in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, and Personalization is required. You should also have experience in workflow configuration using BPM. Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desired. Experience or knowledge in Reporting, Data Migration, and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service, etc., is necessary. Client-facing role experience is crucial, including working on Requirements Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT, etc. Excellent communication, project/stakeholder/team management skills, and documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem-solving, and solution design skills are also required. Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems. - Utilize high levels of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise on a daily basis.
