Job Description
- As a Robotic Trainer at "On My Own Technology" in Mumbai & Pune, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, teaching robotics concepts, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance on robotics equipment. You will also have the opportunity to work on robot development projects and provide guidance to students. The company, "On My Own Technology," is an integrated Robotics Institute focused on providing STEAM education to children of all ages, aiming to stimulate scientific and creative thinking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement lesson plans for robotics classes, using innovative and engaging teaching techniques - Teach students from kindergarten to high school in robotics programming and design, ensuring a solid understanding of the subject matter - Manage classroom discipline, keeping students engaged and motivated to learn - Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents - Participate in the development and improvement of curriculum materials, lesson plans, and teaching strategies - Stay updated with new technologies and teaching methods in the field of robotics education - Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student learning and achievement - Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related events as required - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Familiarity with coding languages and programming software such as Scratch, Blockly, Python, and Lego - Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn and achieve - Experience with classroom management techniques and student assessment methods - Experience working in an educational technology (EdTech) environment preferred for experienced teachers If you are interested in teaching and mentoring students in the field of robotics, this full-time role as a Robotic Trainer at "On My Own Technology" could be a perfect fit for you.
