Job Description

Immediate Joiners required || *Male candidates only*

Shift- Night Shift

Role & responsibilities

Extract and flag relevant symptoms and treatments from medical records.
Create detailed footnotes for uncommon medical terms to ensure clarity.
Develop timelines and charts to highlight care periods and critical events in patient history. Identify and resolve any inconsistencies in medical data. Summarize patient case histories into comprehensive and detailed analyses for effective understanding.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diseases, symptoms, treatments, and related concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and comprehension skills.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements: Familiarity with analyzing large volumes of medical records and creating summaries efficiently.
