Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•  To drive the dedicated HDFC Bancassurance business in Digital Office location for Health, Motor and other LOBs
•  To generate business through HDFC Bank Branch Banking and Retail Assets in DO location
• Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch, HL/AL/TW/TR/CV/ PL/GL/CRB stakeholders, getting leads and driving business through them 
•  Attending Morning huddle at Bank Branches
•  Maintaining Renewal percentage across Branches
•  Giving regular training on products to Bank staff and getting them activated.
•  Morning & Evening Business Reporting

Key Requirements Education & Certification

•  Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
•  Expert skills on MS office
•  Insurance domain knowledge

Key Requirements Experience & Skills

•  Good communication Skills
•  Experience of managing GI business/ Bancassurance / Sales Experience
•  Relevant work experience of 2-4 years
