Job Description:
We are hiring passionate and dynamic individuals for the SOTC Sales Process. The role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their travel needs, and offering the best travel packages and solutions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken English (Versant Level 5)
• Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills

Salary Details:

• Fresher: 24,500 CTC
• Experienced: 28,000 CTC (23,400 in-hand)
• Additional benefits: Unlimited incentives based on performance

Work Details:

• Shift Timing: Day rotational shifts
• Week Off: Rotational off
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Employment Type: Full-time
