Job Description

Designation: Assistant Manager-Electrical Maintenance (Warehouse Maintenance)

Function: Maintenance

Location: Chennai, Vizag & Coimbatore

Education: Bachelor degree / Diploma in Electrical engineering

Experience: 3 to 7 years

1. Maintenance of HT/LT substation, DG/FAS/UPS/CCTV/HVAC & FF systems in .

2. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance/Breakdown Maintenance/Predictive maintenance.

3. Manage the warehouse electrical & HVAC maintenance.

4. Coordinate with vendors for PMS

5. Coordinate with operation dept for Major equipment maintenance.

6. Coordinate with the Back office team (GRN,Accounts) for payments related to vendors.

7. Troubleshoot Problems with stipulated time.

8. Root cause analysis of Breakdown equipments.

9. Verification and certification of bills according to work.

10. Testing and trial run of equipment (DY run Activity).

11. Ensure maximum availability of equipment by planning and scheduling of preventive and predictive maintenance.
