Job Description
About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our Pune development center. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing SaaS applications on AWS, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for automation and operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do:
- Implement and configure application upgrades and custom changes
- Set up new environments and deploy solutions
- Build proactive monitoring and alerting services
- Automate operations using scripting tools
- Troubleshoot AWS and application-level issues
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to meet customer needs
- Handle high-severity incidents across multiple AWS services
- Provide on-call support and work in a 24x7 shift environment
- Create deployment scripts and rollback plans
- Optimize application and server performance
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Application Support and Operations
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools
- Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of application servers and databases
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to Agile development and financial domain is a plus
