Senior Quality Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, scripting, and API testing using Playwright with JavaScript and Rest Assured. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through effective automation frameworks, testing strategies, and technical collaboration with global teams.

Experience: 4 to 9 years

Skill: Playwright with JavaScript

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Offshore (PAN India)

Shift Timing: 3 PM to 1 AM (Virtual Nearshore)

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) available upon approval

Notice Period: Immediate to 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript.
• Perform API testing using REST Assured to validate backend services.
• Work with SQL for database validation and query optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects.
• Participate in test planning, test case creation, and continuous integration processes.
• Contribute to maintaining test repositories and version control using GitHub.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright, JavaScript, REST Assured, and SQL.

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of ETL Informatica, TypeScript, and GitHub.
