About the Role:
ACN Healthcare Pvt Ltd is hiring a Team Lead US Healthcare RCM to manage and mentor a team of executives. We are looking for candidates with proven leadership skills and hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of RCM executives to ensure productivity and quality.
  
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular reviews.
  
• Ensure SLA adherence and maintain client satisfaction.
  
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead in US Healthcare RCM.
  
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes (Billing / AR / Denial / Collections).
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
