Job Description:

Recruit potential Channel Partner in the market.

further they Recruit quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they acquire licensing to achieve sales targets.

Ensure Partner consistently meet their business targets.

Provide on-the-job training, monitor, and manage performance of Channel Partner .

Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner .

Ensure policy renewals are maintained by the Channel Partners team to drive profitability.


Open Locations : Dhanbad / Jamshedpur / Motihari / Darbhanga / Muzaffarpur 

CTC :upto 4.50 LPA
