DevOps Engineer @ Jalaram Roadways

Job Description

You are a skilled DevOps Engineer joining the growing technology team. Your role involves automating, scaling, and optimizing deployments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications and infrastructure. - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application development and deployment. - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for provisioning, scaling, and monitoring. - Automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation. - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for system reliability. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve software delivery. - Manage containerization platforms like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/ECS. - Ensure security best practices across deployments and infrastructure. - Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch). - Good knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration. - Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
