Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with Automation Anywhere skills to join our team and drive automation solutions that enhance our workflows and improve productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, configuring, and implementing automation flows and integrating them with other Microsoft 365 applications and services. This role requires a keen understanding of business processes, an eye for detail, and the technical expertise to design scalable and efficient automated solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using RPA tools to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and recommend best practices for automation.
- Integrate RPA flows with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and other external systems using APIs and connectors.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug RPA flows to ensure seamless operation.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows, and provide user training where necessary.
- Monitor automation workflows for any errors or issues and proactively resolve them.
- Stay updated on new features, capabilities, and best practices for RPA tools and scale up with new tools that emerge in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and other integration protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within workflows and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
