Job Description
Dear All,
We have a two requirements for CA with minimum 3 years of experience to 6-8 years of experience.

Supporting the Head of Finance in managing the financial operations of the company/portfolio companies (Assets) which includes responsibilities such as maintaining accurate financial and taxation records, preparing/review of financial accounts and reports, performing financial analysis, performing management & investor reporting and handling budgeting & forecasting.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Reviewing all financial transactions and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of all financial activities.
- Preparation / review of financial statements (Ind-AS / IGAAP), for the Company and the assets. Accurate and timely accounts finalisation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Analyse financial data to provide insights into the financial performance of the Company & Assets under management.
- Preparation, review and presentation of performance analysis to stakeholders and Investors.
- Collaborate with property management and other relevant departments to develop and manage the asset's annual budget. Create financial forecasts and variance analyses to support decision-making. Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Co-ordinate with the F&A teams of the assets to ensure regular operations and provide MIS on a regular basis.
- End to end planning and coordination with Internal & statutory auditors. Ensuring timely and efficient closure of Audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and review tax returns (Income Tax, TDS, GST etc) including matters related to corporate tax, transfer pricing, etc.
- Handling of Tax audits and Tax assessments for the Company and Portfolio entities with the Auditors / consultants.
- Suggest improvement to financial systems and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with bankers to close the loan documents and manage the day-to-day Banking relationship.
- Analyse The Companys Act compliance, corporate secretarial matters and review the various filings.
Educational Background & Desired Experience
- Chartered Accountant with 3 to 8 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong academic background in commerce as well as experienced in working in finance & accounting role of mid-size to large companies preferably from real-estate sector. (Not a Mandate)
Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), particularly an ability to understand & create financial reports with MS Excel.
Understanding of Accounting & ERP systems such as Tally, SAP etc.
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Indian real estate domain and/or corporate finance/ capital markets would be an added advantage.
