The Team you will Join
A customer support team plays a crucial role in assisting and addressing the needs of customers for a product or service. Our primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering smiles every time, with a fair, one touch resolution.
If you are a fun loving person who likes to help people, we are looking for you !!!At Lenskart, we are not a Customer Service team...We are the Customer Happiness Team And we believe - Only a happy team can make customers happy
We are looking for advisors that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduates only
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of Customer Support Business
- Should be OK to travel to Gurgaon for 20 days training ( Paid Training )
- Should be OK to handle customers over calls ( 70+ calls per day )
- 9am - 10pm window shift ( Any 9 hours will be given )
- Only day shifts
- Rotational week offs
- 5.5 days working
- Incentive INR 15,000 per month (performance based)
- No leaves will be provided in the training period
- Work from office only
