Designation- Substainability Manager
We are hiring an Architect 12 years experience in green building certification or sustainability projects having following abilities
Job description
- Executing Green building projects under various rating programs viz LEED/ IGBC/ GRIHA etc.
- Coordination with client/site/other services and incorporating green features into project.
- Documentation as per LEED/ IGBC/ GRIHA requirements.
- Involvement in achieving targeted rating for the projects.
- Ability to do feasibility study for the project and making sustainability reports
- Conveying and explaining green building concept to client, site, and inhouse team members.
- Do gap analysis in design and suggest improvements to meet targeted level of certification.
- Attending review meetings and making presentations to clients.
- Coordination with sustainability consultant for building simulation and for entire rating process.
- Conduct design/ tender review to ensure incorporation of green requirements in design.
- Conducting site visits and coordinating with site teams for green compliances onsite requirements.
- Review of project progress and communicate with all stake holders.
- Documentation for pre and final certification of project.
- Working on review replies and ensuring targeted level of certifications.
- Awareness about the updates in green rating systems.
Requisite Qualifications
B. Arch degree with min 12 years experience
Preferred
IGBC AP/LEED AP/GRIHA CP/ M Arch environmental
Location - Mumbai- Fort
Working days - 5 Days - Monday to Friday
