Profile - Customer Services (Voice)
Shift - Rotational Shifts
Weekly Offs - 2(Rotational)
Minimum Qualification - HSC and above
Experience - 0 to 6Years (Freshers are welcome)
Eligibility - Excellent Communication in English
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers via phone or email.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
