Job Description

Job role-Content Developer (with LMS Administration Skills)
Location: Thane (Mumbai)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview: The Content Developer will develop interactive eLearning content based on provided storyboards and ensure
its smooth deployment on the LMS. This role combines creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on technical capability in course authoring and platform management.

Key Responsibilities:
I) Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Canva or similar tools.
II) Integrate voiceovers, graphics, and animations as per storyboard design.
III) Conduct thorough testing to ensure course quality and functionality.
IV) Publish courses in SCORM/xAPI formats for LMS compatibility.
V) Upload and organize courses, assessments, and learning paths.
VI) Manage learner enrollments, completions, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications:
a) Graduate in related discipline.
b) 3 - 4 years of experience in eLearning content development.
c) Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Vyond and Canva.
d) Working knowledge of LMS platforms ( Disprz or any SaaS-based LMS).
e) Good communication, time management, and testing skills.
f) Basic design or video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
g) Experience working with compliance and multilingual courses.
h) Analytical mindset to interpret LMS usage and learner reports.
i) Familiarity and exposure to AI tools like MS-Copilot, Gemini, Gamma, Napkin.ai etc
