Job Description

Credit Appraisal, CAM, Board Note preparation as per policy.
Financials Analysis & Credit Bureau checks.
Initiation of Legal, Technical, Collection feedback, etc along with follow up with respective teams for final vetting.
Responsible for processing and underwriting of Construction Finance deals as per credit policy.
Understand & Develop Project Budgets and Cash Flow Projections
Preparation of Sanction Letter
Validating all Loan Documentation and ensure Sanction Entries and Compliance.
Ensure adherence to Credit Policy and Defined Processes, TAT Management, PD Management, CAM quality and Fraud Risk Management.
Post Disbursement Activity - Follow up and Completion of Post Disbursement Documentation.
Periodic Monitoring of Accounts.

Work Experience Requirement - 3+ years post qualification experience

Education Requirement - CA / MBA
