Role: Marketing Head (Digital Marketing)
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
What Youll Do:
To Formulate Digital marketing strategies in order to increase Digital Business & brand visibility. To improve online brand positioning of the business and also to succeed in achieving business goals which requires to work closely with cross-functional and business teams to create and deliver effective digital marketing programs, campaigns and events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To increase the Digital Business through Google AdWords (Paid Ads). By Tracking the leads and converting them through a process of conversion. Also, to Increase the business through other digital channels like Target marketing, Re-Marketing, Custom Audience. Creating hyper local target marketing campaigns enabling predicting analytics techniques to pin point the user and customized the campaign for the individuals which results in better conversion rate.
- Drive Social Media Marketing Campaigns, Awareness Campaigns, Lead Generation Campaigns, Event Creation, and to increase the footfall in OPDs & IPs through Social Media Campaigns.
- Develop and manage the seasonal content strategy and plan/schedule the same. Thinking beyond the basics on social media and manage brand to develop a meaningful Social personality. Identify and tap into new channels to optimize ROI and increase revenue growth.
- Tracking performance of the website & SEO coming from paid and organic mediums which includes site traffic, banner advert performance and back links through Google Analytics. Also Enabled the Marketing Automation CRM which helps identifying the source of online leads and conversion.
- Handle Online aggregators business and other online business conversion channels. (Practo, Credihealth, Justdial etc).
- The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the hospitals overall marketing, branding, and business development strategies.

- Plan and organize health camps, CMEs, and community outreach programs.

- Lead the marketing team and manage budgets efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with clinical departments to align marketing strategies.
- Experience in healthcare marketing and strong leadership skills are essential.
