Job Description
Role-Instructional Designer (with LMS Administration Skills)
Location: Thane (Mumbai)
Experience: 5-6 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview: The Instructional Designer will conceptualize, script, and structure digital learning content that drives real learning
outcomes. Along with content design, this role will also involve working with our LMS to manage course uploads, reports, and learning data
for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Conduct training need analysis and design course flow and learning strategy.
b) Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and scripts for eLearning, videos, and blended programs.
c) Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and developers for seamless course execution.
d) Apply instructional models like ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.
e) Review developed courses for learning accuracy, tone, and engagement.
f) Upload and test SCORM/xAPI courses on LMS platforms.
g) Manage user enrollments, assignments, and progress tracking.
h) Generate course completion and performance reports.
I) Ensure course functionality and troubleshoot LMS-related issues in collaboration with the tech team.
Skills & Qualifications:
a) Graduate or Postgraduate.
b) 5 - 7 years of experience in instructional design for eLearning.
c) Excellent English writing and visualization skills.
d) Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Vyond and Canva.
e) Familiarity with LMS administration and SCORM/xAPI publishing.
f) Strong understanding of adult learning principles and user experience.
g) Familiarity and exposure to AI tools like MS-Copilot, Gemini, Gamma, Napkin.ai etc
Preferred Skills:
a) Experience in compliance or corporate learning projects.
b) Exposure to analytics and learning data interpretation.
c) Basic knowledge of HTML or design tools.
