Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies for LAP products and Home Loans (HL) to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly disbursement targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team and DSA network on product features, policies, and sales techniques to improve their performance.
  • Client & Channel Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, channel partners, and Direct Selling Agents to generate business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
