Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Female Radiology Technician to join our hospital's Radiology Department [ Manipal Hospitals Kharadi-Pune]
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures, including CT, MRI, and X-Ray. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by ensuring accurate and safe imaging services. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort. We are open to considering all qualified candidates, but we have a preference for female applicants.
Roles and Responsibilities

Imaging Procedures: Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, following established protocols and safety guidelines.

Patient Care: Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, explain procedures clearly, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain complex radiology equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions promptly.

Documentation: Accurately document patient information, scan details, and imaging results in the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system.

Quality Control: Review images for technical quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet diagnostic standards before forwarding them to the radiologist for interpretation.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all radiation safety protocols, including using protective shielding and monitoring dosage levels to minimize exposure for both patients and staff.

Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support diagnostic processes
