Job Description

KRA MIS:

Data Management & Analysis:

Collect, manage, and analyze hospital data (patient data, marketing campaign performance, etc.).
Maintain accurate records and databases for tracking marketing activities and outcomes.
Provide insights from data to help the marketing team optimize campaigns and strategies.

Reporting & Dashboards:

Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards for decision-makers (KPIs, patient acquisition data, etc.).
Generate regular and ad hoc reports for the marketing department, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns (website traffic, social media, etc.).

Software & Tools Management:

Oversee the proper functioning of hospital marketing software, CRM systems, Oracle, HIS and other marketing tools.
Ensure integration of MIS systems with marketing tools like customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics platforms.
Provide technical support to marketing teams in using these systems effectively
