Job Role & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Kotak 811 digital accounts to new and existing customers.
• Engage with corporates to identify entry points and expand digital banking reach.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships by offering relevant banking solutions.
• Track and resolve customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and relationship history.
• Drive penetration of family/group accounts within the mapped customer base.
• Travel extensively within city limits for field sales and customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Age: Must be below 26 years.
• Education: Any Graduate from a UGC-recognized university (0 - 2 years of experience) must.
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in liability sales or KYC is a plus.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Must possess an Android smartphone.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in a target-driven field role.
