Mandatory Skills-

We are hiring a Developer with a strong background on the ServiceNow Platform, having experience in various modules of ServiceNow

We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the transformation of our order and delivery management systems. Youll work on new features, enhancements, and issue resolution across AT&Ts ServiceNow platforms. This role involves close collaboration with U.S.-based teams and requires hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, cloud-based software systems
Configure and manage ServiceNow workflows and modules
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer code reviews
Document systems and features clearly
Mentor and support team members

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience (4+ years) with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, OMT
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flows, etc.
Experience with ServiceNow portals and widgets
Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and story management

Preferred Skills:

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and container tech (Docker)
Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs
Certifications like CSA, CAD, CIS are a plus
