We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Testing Fresher to join our QA team. As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of senior QA engineers to test applications, identify bugs, and ensure product quality before release.
Key Responsibilities:-
Understand project requirements and assist in preparing test cases and test scenarios.

Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Identify, document, and report bugs or issues in a clear and concise manner.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with developers and the QA team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Maintain proper documentation of test results and processes.

Continuously learn testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Knowledge of different types of testing (functional, regression, smoke, etc.).

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello added advantage).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

Basic knowledge of databases and writing simple SQL queries (preferred but not mandatory).

Good communication skills and team collaboration ability.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech, MCA, BCA, etc.).

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of testing experience.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) will be a plus.
Training and mentorship from experienced QA professionals.
Exposure to real-world projects across industries.
