As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding and rolling out of new clients on our standard integration platform. You will be required to work directly with the client to perform these implementations, consult on the product suite and / or discuss application design. You will also be responsible for early engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks.
What you will do
You will perform implementations for Fiserv s clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based contact channels.
Deliver professional and timely client/internal communications regarding current implementation/support cases.
You will thoroughly track, organize, and document all product and support related activities.
Working Time : 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
You will develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices.
Handle mission critical projects during and after implementation.
Analyze Network issues understand the flows and dependencies and discuss it with the Network engineers.
Accountable for driving production incidents to resolution, by analyzing and coordinating with the required parties and always acting as the owner and leader of the situation.
Discuss technical issues with business analysts and developers.
Recreate problem locally and identify underlying defects.
Perform technical evaluation of the defects.
Partner with Product Management to understand the product vision and develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business objectives for the product.
Collaborate to execute on the product strategy that incorporates the need for modernization, stability, and onboarding new users to the cross-cutting technology services (e.g., APIs, microservices).
Remain in constant engagement with client partners and product management to ensure alignment and that needs are met.
What you will need to have
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in implementation consulting, ideally in a FinTech, banking and financial services environment.
Hands on experience of banking API services (SOAP/REST) and API testing tools like Postman & SOAP UI.
Associate should possess good knowledge of Retail and Commercial Banking processes and concepts.
Thorough understanding of Banking concepts and domain knowledge on Loans and Deposits, KYC, ACH processing, A/C maintenance, Interest calculations and FTM transactions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
What would be great to have
Experience with financial wires, risk and fraud tied to financial wires is a plus
Experience with FedNow and/or Real Time Payments is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems, physical and virtual environments
Experience with core banking systems, payment gateways, or investment platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and financial data migration. Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN , Firewall.
