Job Title: Senior Python Developer Quantitative Engineering
Location: Bangalore, Noida, Gurgoan
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days in Office)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong quantitative and analytical skills to join our Quant Engineering team. The ideal candidate will design and maintain high-performance tools and frameworks for pricing, trading, and risk analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable Python-based quantitative tools and libraries.
  
• Collaborate with quants to implement and optimize trading and risk models.
  
• Analyze and process large datasets (market, fundamental, alternative).
  
• Enhance and maintain backtesting frameworks and data pipelines.
  
• Integrate models with execution systems and trading platforms.
  
• Participate in performance tuning, code reviews, and documentation.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in quantitative development or a related field.
  
• Strong Python skills with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn.
  
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
  
• Experience with large-scale data processing and real-time systems.
  
• Knowledge of financial markets (equities, futures, options, FX, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with backtesting, simulations, and strategy evaluation tools.
  
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C++ for performance-critical applications.
  
• Exposure to ML tools like TensorFlow or XGBoost.
  
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  
• Background in hedge funds, trading firms, or financial data providers.
  

Education:

Bachelors degree in B.Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, or similar disciplines.
