Job Description
To equip our VE organization with the right skills and tools which ultimately help them to support our customers, we have a dedicated VE Enablement Team. Our goal is to onboard VEs as efficiently as possible and provide relevant and timely training to upskill the field. The Senior Value Engineer, Enablement role is responsible to help drive dedicated learning programs across onboard & upskill areas, develop tools and frameworks that equip our VE field teams. This role reports directly to the Value Engineering Enablement Director.
The work you'll do:
Onboarding
- Refine and coordinate new content for VE field and manager onboarding programs. This includes creating custom paths for senior hires and updating the general path with the latest product, value, and technical trainings and resources.
- Create and maintain new courses in the Celonis Academy and Seismic platforms, aligning with SMEs and Academy to build new content based on field requirements
- Contribute to the technical operationalization and creation of assets for Journey 180 onboarding program
- Support and manage onboarding reporting and documentation, ensuring existing dashboards reflect accurate data and providing follow-up on onboarding metrics
- Act as the VE Enablement point of contact for new hires and key stakeholders in the rapidly growing India region
- Own all aspects of the annual sales play certifications, including building the certification guides, scorecard, and evaluation
Upskilling
- Drive strategic alignment with the global enablement team to ensure the right enablement programs are designed within the India region
- Create and execute local upskilling programs to address regional skill gaps and requirements
- Provide strategic and operational support for local enablement initiatives (Dry Run initiative, local Bootcamp programs etc)
- Align with other internal stakeholders across product, business apps, product marketing and sales teams to ensure successful design & execution of enablement programs
Tools & Solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key enablement metrics from Celonis platforms and other analytics tools. you'll make sure the data is accurate, helping to define new dashboards, and developing new ways to operationalize our analytics
- Contribute to the bi-monthly VE newsletter by actively incorporating the latest enablement program updates
The qualifications you need:
- Enablement Experience: Passion and experience helping individuals develop via mentoring, teaching or coaching and developing enablement resources for different audiences
- Applied Process & Industry Knowledge : Business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain as we'll as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (eg Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation)
- Program Management : Ability to plan and manage multiple project scopes, expectations and timelines with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Value Selling & Realization : Experience with a value selling methodology alongside the customer journey: including discovery, qualification, proof activities, value realization that all demonstrate the potential value of the Celonis platform
- Product & Platform Expertise : Experience with guiding customer s IT teams throughout their Celonis Platform journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of process intelligence and proven ability to accelerate value realization by building Views, AI Co-Pilots/Annotional Builders etc
- Executive Stakeholder Alignment & Communication : Can confidently communicate to influence senior leaders and effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders ensuring that enablement programs are strategically aligned
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technology to business challenges
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Celonis, Microsoft Power BI, or another data analytics solution. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Celonis Academy and content management systems (CMS) like Seismic
