Job Description
Job Title: Senior Executive HR Business Partner
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as Senior Executive HRBP. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting talent programs, coordinating L&D activities, ensuring PMS compliance, and providing strategic HR analytics to management. The ideal candidate should bring strong stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams across 11 locations to implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design, execute, and track monthly/quarterly employee engagement & wellness programs (R&R, Long Service Awards, CSR activities, wellness camps, festival celebrations).
- Coordinate Learning & Development programs - track participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) compliance goal setting, reviews, and achievement uploads across departments.
- Consolidate and analyze employee feedback through Pulse Surveys and Exit Interviews to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and share monthly HR dashboards, quarterly newsletters, and leadership reports.
- Liaise with regional heads and department leaders to proactively address peoples issues and support retention strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
- 47 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HRBP, Engagement, and L&D.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
