Job Description
- Job Title: Verification Specialist

Conduct verification of documents, employment history, education, address, and references as per company policy.

Review and validate submitted information for accuracy and completeness.

Communicate with candidates, employers, institutions, or agencies to obtain verification details.

Maintain and update records in internal systems and databases.

Prepare verification reports and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.

Adhere to confidentiality, data privacy, and compliance standards.

Identify discrepancies and escalate as per defined protocols.

Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Compliance, Operations) to resolve pending cases.

Bachelors degree

0-4 years of experience in background verification, document verification, or KYC process.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.

Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.

Experience working with background verification agencies or in KYC / compliance domains.

Knowledge of verification tools or CRM platforms.
