- Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President - Finance Transformation Program Office Lead at Genpact, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of the finance function by implementing AI technologies. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing AI & Non-AI transformation projects, collaborating with stakeholders, developing change management strategies, monitoring performance, optimizing processes and technologies, managing risks, and leading a team. Key Responsibilities: - Program Management: Oversee AI & Non-AI transformation projects from end to end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, finance teams, and IT to align AI initiatives with business objectives for successful adoption. - Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new AI tools and processes. - Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Technology and Process Optimization: Integrate new technologies into finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation of AI projects. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus. - Experience: Years of experience in finance, including leadership roles managing transformation projects. - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies in finance and proficiency in project management tools. - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and excellent communication skills. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data for data-driven decisions. - Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
