We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller / Career Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and guiding them towards suitable educational and career opportunities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable advice.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
Graduation in any stream (Education background preferred).
