Job Description

Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Develop, plan, and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.

Any Bachelors degree with basic computer knowledge.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.

Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Result-oriented mindset with strong client management abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.

Travel Allowance: 5,000
