Job Description

Hiring: Area Manager Mortgage Sales
Role: Area Manager
Experience: 5 to 8 years (Minimum 5 years in HL/LAP with 2+ years team handling experience)
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment of sales officers and team managers
Conduct training and coaching for new joiners on geography mapping, source management, and customer relationships
Allocate and audit geography assignments at all levels
Identify and develop underperforming employees
Conduct weekly and monthly team reviews and follow-ups
Monitor daily huddles and managerial meetings
Manage relationships with sources and channel partners
Maintain a positive team culture and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination

Candidate Requirements:

MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing/Finance with sales inclination
5+ years experience in BFSI sector, with at least 4 years in team handling and managerial roles
Prior experience in Home Loan/LAP preferred
