Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Principal Support Engineer at Oracle, your primary focus will be to provide strategic technical support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for utilizing automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing extremely complex, critical customer issues and providing on-site customer visits when necessary. You will be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, offering direction and mentoring to others in non-routine and very complex work scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Strong supply chain business processes knowledge and concepts - Hands-on implementation/Support experience in EBS/Fusion Supply Chain Modules like OM, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement & Warehouse Management Systems. Additional knowledge on Planning (Demantra/ASCP) and Transportation Management (OTM) is advantageous - Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice to customers - Strong technical debugging skills using SQL, PLSQL, Reports, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills - Strong customer interactions and service orientation - Operations management and innovation orientation - Collaborating with peers within/across teams - Continuous learning and adaptation to emerging technologies and business models - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment - Documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support, and test activities Qualification Required: - 10+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules - Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in customer-facing roles - Skills in EBS R12/Fusion/SaaS expertise in Supply Chain modules - Technical Skills in debugging using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Workflow - High commitment to customer satisfaction,
