Job Description
- As a Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM Ltd., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in an International Voice Process setting in Bangalore. Your role will involve resolving client issues efficiently through calls, chats, and emails. You must possess strong communication skills and be willing to work in a 24*7 office environment. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial in understanding and addressing customer concerns promptly. Proactiveness, time management, and respect for customer's time are key qualities that you should exhibit in this role.
