Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the process. Roles & Responsibilities:- Candidate should have minimum 2 S/4 HANA Implementation project experience.- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
