Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices in line with company policies and timelines.
- Perform 2-way/3-way matching of invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.
- Accurately code invoices to appropriate cost centers and general ledger accounts.
- Handle non-PO invoices, employee expense claims, and credit notes.
- Collaborate with procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate AP records in ERP system SAP
- Reconcile vendor statements and address vendor queries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAP
- Strong skills in Power BI and Power Automate
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
