Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with 2+ years of experience and a solid foundation in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should also possess exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools, aligning with our enterprise directive that all engineering roles incorporate AI capabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.JS
- Build modular, reusable ReactJS components and front-end libraries
- Implement popular workflows such as Redux or Flux in ReactJS applications
- Backend development using Node, Go, Rust, Java, or Python
- Design and develop database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into web applications where applicable, such as using Copilot Studio agents for automation, job monitoring, or intelligent dashboards
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in building modular, reusable ReactJS components and front-end libraries
- Backend development experience using Node, Go, Rust, Java, or Python
- Solid knowledge of ReactJS and popular workflows such as Redux or Flux
- Good understanding of database development (SQL and NoSQL)
- Real-time working knowledge of designing frameworks such as Bootstrap and Material-UI
- Familiarity with Python language
- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows, including model deployment, prompt engineering, or use of platforms like UAIS or GitHub Copilot
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure Public Cloud
- Experience with Copilot Studio, agentic workflows, or job automation dashboards
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodology
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitHub technologies
- Exposure to AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
